External Cladding Inspections

Noor Construction Consultants were commissioned to undertake detailed façade surveys to newly built residential and commercial buildings.

The scope of works included:

To liaise with building managers and cradle operators to arrange suitable surveying dates and times
Inspection of all cladding and façade materials including glazing, curtain wall, stone cladding, spandrel panels, seals and gaskets, cills and ledges, brise soleil systems and bespoke metal cladding.
Producing schedules of condition reports with photographic schedules references to each building elevation
