TFL: London Underground Station Surveys
Noor Construction Consultants worked on behalf of London Underground.
Duties included:
• Carrying out condition surveys of underground station buildings.
• Condition surveys of front of house and back of house areas as well as associated secure rooms (Signal, Computer and Relay equipment rooms)
• Grading rooms, fabric finishes & substrates using bespoke building surveying software including detailed photographs for each type of asset.
• Surveying newly built or refurbished stations from scratch i.e. creating all maintainable assets on bespoke software and then condition surveying / grading each asset.
