Noor Construction Consultants undertook Operational Property Inspections (OPIs) on behalf of Network Rail, the owner and infrastructure manager of most of the railway network in Great Britain. The work involved accessing operational buildings (both lineside buildings and non-lineside buildings) such as train maintenance depots, stations and offices to carry out building inspections using Network Rail’s bespoke asset management system.
